Fall Yoga Classes
will be held at the
Wood-Ridge Civic Center
on Tuesday and Thursday
mornings (9-10 a.m.).
Yoga classes will also be
held on Wednesday evenings 6-7 p.m.
Ab Classes
will be held at the
Wood-Ridge Civic Center
on Tuesday and Thursday
mornings (10-10:30 a.m.).Cost is $5 for each class per week payable in advance.
Yoga and Ab Classes are run by a certified instructor and former resident Anna Gramlich. Call to register.
